Product Description

Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate is a colourless flake or needle-like crystal or white granules. It is deliquescent and easily soluble in water (1 g in 3 mL of water). The aqueous solution is weakly alkaline, with a pH of about 9 in 1% aqueous solution. Density 2.33g/cm3, it can be used as analytical reagent, pharmaceutical raw material, buffering agent, chelating agent, yeast food, emulsifying salt, antioxidant synergist in food industry.

Application

1. Corrosion inhibitor for antifreeze, nutrient for antibiotic medium, phosphorus and potassium regulator for fermentation industry, feed additive, etc.
2. Used in medicine, fermentation, bacterial culture and potassium pyrophosphate production
