| Application | It is mainly used to whiten and brighten polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polyacrylate, polyester film, high and low pressure polyethylene, ABS, organic glass, business cards, high grade paper, etc. |
Its red light weight is suitable for all kinds of plastics, in PVC products, good whiteness and environmental protection.
1.Mix fluorescent brightener PF at 0.03-0.1% of the weight of the plastic in the chosen plasticizer and then continue with the plastic processing process used.
2.Fluorescent brightener PF can be used to dissolve the plasticiser into a suspension by three-roller grinding to form a master batch. Then in the processing process evenly mixed into the PF plastic fluorescent brightener suspension, at a certain temperature molding (time in temperature), generally at 120 ~ 150 ºC for about 30 minutes, 180 ~ 190 ºC for about 1 minute, that is, a good whitening and brightening effect.
3. Or mix the various raw materials first, then add PF whitening agent at 160 ºC and mix well for about 5 minutes, then roll forming.
