Application in mineral-filled resins: This product is used in thermoplastic and thermosetting resins such as phenolic, polyester, epoxy, PBT, polyamide, and polycarbonate. It significantly improves the dry/wet flexural strength, compressive strength, shear strength, and other physical-mechanical properties of reinforced plastics, as well as wet-state electrical performance. It also enhances the wettability and dispersibility of fillers in polymers.
Excellent adhesion promoter: It can be used in polyurethane, epoxy, nitrile, and phenolic adhesives and sealants. It improves pigment dispersion and enhances adhesion to glass, aluminum, and iron metals. It is also suitable for polyurethane, epoxy, and acrylic latex coatings.
Resin mortar mixing: This product enhances the bonding strength between resin and silica sand, improving plasticity and moisture resistance.
Fiberglass rods and mineral wool production: When added to phenolic binders, it improves moisture resistance and increases compression resilience.
