Product Description

Fluorescent Brightener SWN is soluble in ethanol and ethylene glycol, acidic aqueous solutions, resins, varnishes and some organic solvents, while its solubility in water is only 0.006%. Commercial products generally need to be applied after forming a salt with sulphuric acid or hydrochloric acid or mixing with organic acids (such as tartaric acid, citric acid, oxalic acid), or adding solubilizing substances to improve the solubility and dispersant and made into a solution. It is added to textiles to form a red-violet tint.
