Epoxy powder coating is made from epoxy resin with different properties and Chelsea curing agent. It is characterized by energy saving, low pollution and high efficiency. Not only can be a film, coating efficiency is high, and the surface coating anti-corrosion performance is good, high mechanical strength.
The powder coating is mainly used in construction, decoration, household appliances, metal furniture, instruments, highway guardrail, auto parts, fitness sports equipment coating and other industries.
Powder coatings made from carboxylic polyester resins are often referred to as weatherproof powder coatings. It is mainly used in airport outdoor facilities, road barrier, isolation device, municipal engineering facilities, light box, outdoor air conditioner, outdoor fitness and leisure equipment, lawn mower, etc
Construction conditions:
Pretreatment: the surface should be thoroughly cleaned to remove oil and rust. The application of iron series phosphating or higher standard zinc series phosphating can further improve the corrosion protection ability.
Curing mode: manual or automatic static gun construction
Curing conditions: 200ºC(workpiece temperature), 10 minutes

Dark and light conductive powder coatings are available for indoor and outdoor use.
Physical properties:
Specific gravity(g/cm3, 25ºC): 1.4-1.7
Particle size distribution: 100 % less than 100 micron (It can be adjusted according to the special requirements of coating)
Notes:
1.The above tests used 0.8mm thick cold-rolled steel plates with a coating thickness of 60-80 microns.
2.The performance index of the above coating may change with the change of color and gloss.
Average coverage:
9-12 sq.m./kg; film thickness 60 microns (calculated with 100% powder coating utilization rate)
Packing and transportation:
cartons are lined with polyethylene bags, net weight is 20kg. Non-hazardous materials can be transported in various ways, but only to avoid direct sunlight, moisture and heat, and avoid contact with chemical substances.
Storage requirements:
Clean, dry, ventilated, away from light, room temperature below 30ºC, and should be insulated from fire source, away from heat source. Effective storage period is 12 months from the date of production. Avoid stacking more than 4 layers.
